I recently used the TOPO TA kit for cloning. After plating my transformed bacteria on LB amp I refrigerated the remaining broth culture. The broth culture consists of the transformed cells that were grown in LB (no amp) for 1-hour. How long is this culture good for when stored at 4C? Do I need to subculture before plating on selective media or can I plate directly to selective media?

You should be able to directly plate on selective media.  I would not store it more than a few days at 4C.
