I'm trying to detect whether the c-Abl protein in my cell lines are inhibited upon drug treatment. What is the best way to prove that? I think using the GST-Crk substrate is too much effort. Can I use phospho-c-Abl antibody? Which one is better? The pTyr245 or pTyr412? Thanks for helping!
