long fragment PCR

Hi, I'm a master degree student of biotechnology. I want to amplify 5 kb fragment of mouse genomic DNA, I used Accuprime pfx that belongs to invitrogen company, but i didn't see any band in electrophoresis gel. I've changed everything but it doesn't work. whould you please what should i do?
