Hi everyone!
I've a question about ethanol precipitation of DNA.
Does anyone know how long can I leave the DNA precipitating at -80º?
Do you think a weekend is too much (well, it's too much, I normally performe this step in 20 minutes but...) ? I don't think that it will affect DNA integrity, but have no proof. If anyone has any idea it will help a lot!
Thanks in advance!

Indefinitely. It's a good way to store DNA for really long times. This is a common way of storing RNA to limit RNAse activity.
