Dear All,
I need to find a correlation between CNV and expression profiles regarding several miRNAs for NCI-60. A search on the internet resulted in finding the 'Cellminer - NIC-60 analysis tool'. After reading through the information on the site, it seems to me all the information I'm looking for is here to find. However I don't seem to be able to find it. Can anyone tell me if this is indeed a proper tool in light of my question? And can anyone tell me how to get started?
