What volume (in mL) of each ingredient is needed to prepare 50mL of DMEM supplemented with 2% FBS and 2x antibiotics (100x stock)? Thank you in advance for your help!

Firstly, this is really simple maths, so give it a go first and then we can set you straight if you are wrong.
And secondly, why do you want your antibiotics at 2x concentration?

I believe it is 48ml DMEM + 1ml FBS + 1ml of 100x antibiotics.... is this correct? Thank you.
