Hi all,
Does anyone have experience with pLDR20 vector. I seen pLDR20 vector map and sequence in some website but i couldn't see terminator. There is no detailed vector map. I am bit confused terminator is there or not? How can i see terminator is there or not in pLDR20 vector. I request you to please help me..

You are right, the vector map available at ATCC website is not detailed.
