I have extracted RNA from A549 cells and stored it by dissolving in RNase free water. Now, I will run agarose gell electrophoresis with this RNA. I prepared gell but could not find information for preparation of ladder and required voltage to run gell. Can anybody help me with information for process of preparation of ladder and loading RNA as well as voltage required to run?

The ladder will have to be a RNA ladder which is usually denatured with formamide and possibly formaldehyde, similarly to the RNA. The gel should be run at 3-8 v/centimetre (which is the distance between the electrodes on the tank, NOT the gel length).
