Hi,
I have extracted protein from wheat grains by Tris-Acetic acid-2 Mercapto etanol. but the problem is that before Precipitation with Acetone, i added sample buffer for SDS-PAGE.
I am wondering whether i could do Acetone Precipitation while there is sample buffer or not?
please give me some advice.
