Hi there,
I want to precipitate antibodies with TCA. There is some way to recuperate the activity, or "renature" the protein?
(If u ask... i'm crosslinking Ab with some fluorescent particles, so i don't need to "purificate" the IgG, just precipite it, and store it. If u have any other idea, please tell me)
I would appreciate very much if u can help me with that.
(sorry for my bad english... i actually speak spanish, so i hope u can understand what i'm asking for)

why don't you use ammonium sulfate or acetone to precipitate the antibody?
