Hi, I am new in B cell separation. I am using CD19+ Dynabeads after Ficoll centrifugation. Does anybody have extracted RNA directly from the B cells attached to Dynabeads. When I use Detachabeads I think I lose material with the washing up. Any help will be appreciated.
