Hi all, I am using a drug which is commonly used, and found that it will enhance the tumor growth. To check this I treated T47D cells with this drug and did soft agar assay. The drug treated cells forms a bigger colony. Can anyone suggest me whether I can use this data to prove the drug can induce tumor growth or could you please some other methods to prove it;

Have you done dose-response and time-course experiments with your drug and cell line?
