Hi all,
I have been trying to express my protein in full-length but I don't get the soluble protein. Now, I want to design truncated protein as antigen and how to truncate. Has anyone face this kind of problem. Does anyone have some tips? If so please help me out.
Thanks in advance.

You should put your protein through an B-cell epitope predictor such as the ones here: http://www.imtech.re...xpred/link.html.
