Question. My PAGE transfer (overnight) mysteriously stopped for a few hours (may be 2) after it ran for about 1h. It's a low percentage native gel (3.5%). Do you folks think the transfer quality will suck and my western blot will be all diffuse? The transfer buffer is pretty standard.
I'm beginning to think that someone has it out for me...

It might be OK, depending on the size of the complex/protein you are trying to detect, and the voltage/amperage you were transferring at.
You will have to repeat any result you get anyway, just to make sure that any result (or absence of result) isn't due to the transfer problem.
