Hello,

I am trying to titrate the ratio of luciferase vectors(Renilla:firefly) to miRNA.  I know I need to find the ratio that will knockdown signal as much as possible.  However, how do I assess what that low signal should be?  Is there some sort of baseline to which I should compare?
