Hi friends,
Does anybody know how spectratyping densitogram is analysed. How does kullback leibler divergence used for analysis? I tried to understand biostat part from http://bioinformatic...4.full.pdf html. and found it quiet hard to understand.

If you know how to interprete it please explain. Thanks.
