I would like to assess the quality of human DNA samples to be used as PCR templates. Are there human specific primer pairs for any particular gene, yielding 150-250 bp products, that I can use for this purpose?
Thank you,

Toai.

Hi

I don't know if this will help you but we quantitate our human DNA extracts for PCR using a QuantiBlot system from Perkin Elmer (N808-0114). You can contact them at 800-762-4001 for technical support or find them on the internet at www.perkin-elmer.com. Go to PE Applied Biosystems.

Dale Note: I'm not associated with PE in any manner.
