I am planning to isolate pancreatic cancer stem cells and test on them a couple of drugs. However, i am not so sure of the exact media that I'd use to propagate the cells without differentiation. (i'll be testing the drugs in sphere formation assays & migration assays).
I know the media has to be serum-free, have growth factors: EGF & FGF-2.
Does anyone have a recipe?
thanks a lot
