The general rule with homework is that you need to provide some sort of answer so that we can help you learn, rather than us just providing an answer.

A competitive immunoassay is more sensitive to matrix issues. In contrast to sandich, in copetitive elisa the matrix effect contributes to the increasment of sensitivity during the competition step.
