Hi!
Due to which reason(s) is a competitive ELISA more sensitive than a sandwich ELISA?
Thank you!

The general rule with homework is that you need to provide some sort of answer so that we can help you learn, rather than us just providing an answer.

This is not a "homework".

Still - it'll help you learn if you can think about the problem and tell us what you think, then we can provide expansion and/or corrections to your thoughts.

A competitive immunoassay is more sensitive to matrix issues. In contrast to sandich, in copetitive elisa the matrix effect contributes to the increasment of sensitivity during the competition step.
