Guys,
has anyone worked with HEPG2 before for extraction of RNA
Does it needs B-ME addition to lysis buffer (contains alot of RNAse)
how ug of RNA can be obtained from 1X105
Does any one know???

If you are using trizol or phenol to extract, you shouldn't need any RNase inhibitors. However, havn't worked to HepG2 for RNA though.
