Hoping not to be a little LATE for an answer....
I am using the sequencing services from Florida States Unversity. I think are within the cheapiest, $11.00 per reaction. In terms of quality, EXCELLENT. Service, OUTSTANDING, as they send the sequences by e-mail in only 2-3 days.

The University of Michigan core sequencing facility is excellent, they charge $4/sample. Not sure if it's the same price for off campus clients, thought, but I know that they do indeed accept samples from off campus clients...

Ask Macrogen....they are the cheapest company I know. Service and seq are good.
