We are isolating the total RNA from the rat tissues buy usingthe TOTAL RNA EXTRACTION KIT manufactured by MN Company.

After the isolation, we are testing the quality of our extracted RNA by RNA-gel electrophoresis.But in the samples we prepared by this kit, we were seing only a single band, which correspondsmost probably the 18S rRNA band.

if there is someone there who knows any reason or anyexplanation for such an case, please contact me.

RNA degraded.  Clean every thing make them free of RNase.
