Where can I find the lastest journal impact factor?

For your convenience I have put the file 2002  journal impact factor here

the file is a excel file (~1.5M), right click and save. You can sort by journal name or by impact factor.

I think 2002 one is the latest.

No, 2003 JCR has not come out yet.

Also I searched JCR through our institution's subscription and found only 2002 is available.
