Another stupid question, but please help:
i want to have a 25 uL PCR reaction.
i have 22uL of master mix 2 uL of forward and reverse primers
I have a DNA of stock concentration of 165 ng/uL but for my PCR reaction i need 8 ng of DNA, so how much from the stock should i take and add to the PCR reaction mix?
