Hi, we have a Cryostat Leica CM1900 and the coarse feed buttons light up but the specimen head does not move away from the knife. Does some1 have any idea why ? is there a manual way to do it ? (the manual does not say anything about it)

You do know that you can call Leica's agent in your country, right? even if the warranty is over they will help.

Yup but I was looking for a faster solution. Actually, we have a contract with Leica. This setback will delay me considerably. Thanks for your info anyway
