how can I do ELISA quantification using the 4 parameter logistic (4PL) nonlinear regression? my plate reader is not capable to do this!

can I perform 4PL in excel or is there a different program available for this quantification strategy?

where can I get the values for the following variables: F(x) = ((A-D)/(1+((x/C)^B ))) + D
