Dear All,

I would like to enquire if there is any other method for detection of insulin level from blood serum in mouse besides ELISA, RIA and HPLC?

You could try to do an IP if you cannot do and ELISA, but I recommend you to do the ELISA as it will be more rapid, more sensitive and much less time-consuming.

Dear Akdor,
Thanks for your suggestion..because ELISA is rather expensive and we would like to test whether our samples are positive or negative insulin, i wish to find less expensive method.
