Hi I am wondering if someone has tried to crosslink polyclonal antibody to ProteinG directlyuse serum?
Is that necessary for me to purify my antibody? And if my purified antibody is of rather low concentration, do I need to concentrate that?

Hi,
It is much better to purify your antibody and concentrate it. If you want to do it with Protein G I recommend you to follow the protocol from Roche. It is quite good.
