Does anyone here work with ER-fusion protein for OHT induction? I'd like to make some fusion proteins with my gene of interest attached to the hormone-binding domain of mouse ERa - ideally with the E2 non-responsiveness point mutation.
Is there anywhere to buy a vector containing the ER part only?? I can see a few vectors for ER fusion proteins on Addgene, so I suppose I could swap out the non-ER part. But surely someone is selling the empty vector somewhere?
I know that I could just clone it myself, but I'd like to get my vector made as quickly as possible (plus: lazy).
Thanks everyone!
