Hi everybody,

I'm looking for a method or protocol to obtain oxidized LDL Immune complexes. I Already hava a protocol to get oxidized LDL using copper but non to make Immune complexes with IgG or IgM out of it. I want to measure the produced oxLDL-IC and therefore need some kind of binding Assay.

Does someone know how to make it ? Thanks a lot
