Hi,
I'm trying to use an anti-IgM antibody, developed for BCR, to capture and quantitate soluble IgM in serum (attached to cells, naturally). Does anybody know whether or not the BCR antibody works well with IgM?

Thanks.

why shouldn't it? Use poly. there are lots of commercial Bcr antibodies.
