Hi,

does anyone have any experience with the pTRIPZ system from openbiosystems. I am currently trying to produce pTRIPZ-based lentiviruses and did not succeed. I used the pCMV VSV-G and pCMV dR8.2 dvpr plasmids from Addgene that work perfectly with pLKO.1. I would be thankful for any kind of recommendations or sharing of experiences on this system.
