Hello all,
I am new to lentiviral production and I'm in the middle of writting my proposal. I need to clone my GOI into a lentivirus, transfect them into 293 cells, test for expression and, then inject them into mice. I'm studying adipogenesis as it relates to obesity, so can I just inject my clone into subcutaneous fat of mice? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Potentially... don't forget your ethics approvals beore trying this. You may want to test the system using adipocyte cultures first.
