Hi,
I'm currently doing whole mount stainings with free-floating spheroids, and the problem I've got is that they become flat during the process !
Fixing the spheroids and avoiding centrifugation didn't help. They seem to become flat during the long (three days) antibody incubation which is done in an eppendorf tube, but the incubation needs to be that long to ensure proper staining. I considered staining in a multiwell plate, but then washing them would become really difficult....

Any idea how I can keep the spheroids round during staining?
