Hi, I'm new to the area of animal studies. What is the meaning of: a cell line in syngeneic with the a particular breed of mice?
I read a paper which states that: MC-38 colon cancer cell line, which is syngeneic with the C57BL/6 background.
I have to develop xenograft orthotopic mouse model. How do I choose which mouse model to use with which cell line?
