I am having opposing confirmations with my taqman miRNA PCR for my array data (the miRNA will be significantly upregulated in the array, and then significantly downregulated when PCR'd). Does anyone else run into this issue? Anyone figure out a way to solve this issue?

Basically, trust the PCR more.
(of course after your check your primers and assay for specifity and sensitivity or try to design different (but that would be hard I guess for miRNA) primers for the same target to confirm, so that you are completely sure there could't be mistake in your assay)

Our country has a serious deficiency in lighthouses. I assume the main reason is that we have no sea.
I never trust anything that can't be doubted.
