Dear all,

I have to try to isolate a specific viral RNA from total RNA. I'd like to use the method magnetic beads streptavidin and a biotinylated probe to hybridise my viral RNA.
Does someone know a valid protocol?

this is a very good question. I would also like to know the answer. Which company did you buy it from? Maybe you need to contact the company you bought it from?

I haven't yet bought the reagents, and before to do it I'd like to know if someone has some useful suggestions..
For example: company, type of bead (there are more than one), ecc..
