Hi,
I'm doing some research on CYP P450 BM3, but I am wondering why all inhibitors act on the heme group. Isn't it also possible to inhibit the FAD/NADPH domain by an inhibitor that competes with NADPH for binding to the FAD so that NADPH, the cofactor, can not bind and thus it can not act as a monooxygenase?
