How to check primer sequences using BLAST and other tools?

I need help
how do i check if the primers I have are for mouse with BLAST?
I have no idea how to use the link

there is a drop down menu in the middle of the page you need to change that to mouse. It is on human by default.

You can use splicenter to check your primers http://projects.insi...ter/PrimerCheck

To use NCBI blast, go to http://www.ncbi.nlm....K_LOC=BlastHome, In the primer parameters section, type your primer sequences

You can also use UCSC in silico PCR tool here http://genome.ucsc.e...n/hgPcr?db=hg18
