I am setting up IHC from scratch and would llike to know if anyone had an opinion on good humidified chambers for slide staining...I have two choices right now but dont know which is better:
1. Humidity chamber plus .....from covance
2. Slide moisture chamber....from newcomer supply

Also, I was wondering when I will rinse the slides , how and where do i do that?

I can always go back to putting moistened paper towels but was wondering if I had a more ready-made solution...

You can rinse the slides in a coplin jar wherever you have an available water source.  Any humidity chamber should work OK, even just resting the slides on a dampened tissue under a box works fine.
