I have a question, suppose if we clone a gene that code for certain enzyme into a suitable vector ,and when i express in certain host , how does it express the protein , suppose if I express in pichia pastoris... how does the phenomenon take place and where can we get the protein... please tell me i am very new to this field and I stuck with this questions

The protein is produced exactly like any other protein is from a DNA sequence.
You need to isolate the protein using a purification method, there are many available, which one to use depends on the purity required and the type of protein.
