Hi
I have a weird amplication plot from a SYBR qPCR run (as attached). The plot declines after about 22 cycles.
I have tried running simultaneously, with some other samples and these other samples turned out to be fine. Mastermix and plates are all the same.
The only thing that is changed is the cDNA sample. Do you think it is possible that the cDNA sample is contaminated? However the melting curve gives a nice distinct peak.
Thanks for any advice!
