Hi

Has any one tried to isolate blood RNA using Tempus tubes (Applied biosystem) which preserve blood RNA for later extraction and,  then running the extraction by  Norgen preserved blood RNA purification kit 1 specific for tempus tube use (spin column). Please I need help!
The yield i am getting for the RNA is not too much, I need to share your experience.
