Hi there,as a newer,there is a question buzz me.It is why there is a plasmid clone of the nested PCR production?Why not directly PCR clone there?Please help me,I will appreciate your kindness!!!

you can directly sequence your pcr products of course. Sequencing after cloning gives your cleaner and more accurate results.
