Hi there,as a newer,I want to konw how many ways to sequence of the PCR production in BSP? What's diffirences between the methylation/unmethylation primer and inner/outer primer?I will apprecate your kindness.....

there are only two ways of sequencing your BSP pcr products: using either forward or reverse primers used in final PCR reaction. Reverse primer usually gives better results than forward.
