Hello,

I am setting up a new tissue culture lab and while I have tissue culture experience I do not have experience setting a lab up or major equipment purchasing.  We have a Forma 3110 CO2 incubator and I need to get a CO2 tank.

Can anyone tell me what size tank to get?

Any size will work, it all depends on how often you want to change the bottle.  Most labs go for the large size  (size G?) or one size smaller (F?).
