Hi, I want to extract PBMC from blood for IFN-gamma ELISPOT assay.

We have outdated in blood center of our hospital. I wonder if these blood is suitable for PBMC isolation?

Or I must use fresh blood to get PBMC?

I think you can use it. People sometimes get them from blood banks
