Hello memari,
When THP1s are differentiated into macrophages, they stop dividing. For Lipofectamine 2000 or Lipofectamine RNAiMAX you need the cells to be dividing in order for the siRNA to be introduced into the cell. You may try some protein-based transfection reagents.
