I would like to know the separation procedure of myoepithelial cells of breast with out using any magnetic beat or etc. Please advice me a protocol where I can separate these cells from epithelial and fibroblast by using any reagent or chemical.

one of my friends does this with antibodies and separation column. However, he works on other cell types. Why don't you want to use magnetic bead?
