I am trying to collect the drosophila embryos at stage 14-15. After i collect the eggs for 3 hours ( cellularization of blastoderm stage) I have a treatment and then i have to let them develop to stage 14-15 and then collect them for immunostaining. My question is how long after the intial 3 hrs collection and treatment do i need to keep them in the incubator at 18 degreees so that i get synchronised eggs.
